School councils play a vital role in government schools. They help strengthen our community's confidence in the school and build our school's connection between parents, staff, and the community. Our School Council membership consists of 7 parent members, 4 Department of Education and Training members (including the Principal) and up to 2 Community members who don't have to be parents or Department employees. 

School Council meetings are generally held on Tuesdays and include reports from the Finance Subcommittee. We always welcome observers and visitors. Please contact us for the next School Council date if you want to visit. Shari Mathews is our current School Council President for 2024.
